Bronze Seller Program

Our lowest cost listing product features all you need to get your home on the market. This program works best for those sellers that want more control over their listing, but still desire the marketing and negotiating expertise of a Realtor®. This is by no means a For-Sale-By-Owner program, but rather a refined marketing program for the cost conscious seller or those that need the extra negotiating room that a discounted commission can offer.

Features of our Bronze Seller Program:

Your home is listed in both the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and the GA Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS) for 6 months

Showcase Listing on Realtor.com along with a multitude of other high-profile real estate internet sites

Electronic SUPRA lock box, yard sign, and one directional sign included

Individual home website featuring only your home and a flyer template for your printing

Our agents complete all paperwork and negotiate the contract on your behalf at your request

Up to 12 photographs if taken during initial visit or you may provide photographs

$495 paid up-front and 1/2% of sales price paid to Crenshaw & Company Realtors® at closing. Your offered commission paid to an outside broker only if an outside broker brings the buyer

No visible difference to Buyer or other Realtors®

Silver Seller Program

Our most popular full service traditional home seller program. The Silver Seller Program features substantial commission savings when compared to similar services offered by most other full service traditional brokers in the market area. This program works best for those sellers that want full traditional services from a full-time Realtor® dedicated to the ultimate goal of selling your home.

Your home is listed in both the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and the GA Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS)
Showcase Listing on Realtor.com along with a multitude of other high-profile real estate internet sites
Print advertising in Homes.com Magazine
Electronic SUPRA lock box, yard sign, and directional signs included
Feedback provided on showings by our agents as well as from showings by outside brokers
Individual home website featuring only your home and an unlimited supply of black & white marketing flyers for the outside of the home
Our agents complete all paperwork, negotiate the contract on your behalf, and attend the closing
Still and virtual tour photographs taken by our agents. Professional photography and Home staging with a certified designer / decorator are available for a reasonable fee
No money up front. Variable commission based on a total of either 5% or 6% of the sales price paid at closing depending on the selected commission offered to an outside broker (3% or 4%). Only 3% or 4% of sales price paid to Crenshaw & Company Realtors® at closing if the buyer is procured without the aid of an outside broker

Gold Seller Program

The Gold Seller Program is often the program of choice for those that want true executive class services and marketing that goes above and beyond the “typical” real estate agents level of services. Tremendous savings are still available with this program. We sell and you save!

Platinum Seller Program

The Platinum Seller Program offers our sellers in the luxury home market all that can be expected from a premier marketing program still allowing substantial savings. Marketing materials comparable to any luxury home marketing agency.
